  Excellent location for the business sector of Nicosia. Nicely laid out with outside seating area although not much of interest to look at whilst sitting. Very good WiFi, high-speed elevators , nice view from the room to the university (new building). The rooms (studios) offer a perfect environment for work. Definitely I will stay again during my next visits.

I would recommend renting a car unless you are happy to use busses to travel around the city. A parking space is provided.
