Les appartements proposés sont aménagés avec goût et sont très confortables, de même que très bien équipés. Le centre ville de Nicosie est proche et tout peut être visité à pied. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles.
Le boulevard est particulièrement bruyant. L'eau chaude est produite par chauffage solaire (sur le toit), si bien que très vite, même l'eau froide devient chaude.
