The convenience of the hotel.. The breakfast was first class. Swimming
pool was in the same catagory but a bit of oil on one of the doors would
have given the super luxry status as did they squeak. No soap in the
showers but the towels were jaust as they should be.
As a repeater guest I was recognized and warmly welcomed. Our room was big, clean, comfortable and we had a delicious dinner at Marco Polo restaurant on the roof.tous commentaires
We spent a wonderful weekend. Our rooms was big, renovated, clean and the beds very comfortable. Dinner at Marco Polo restaurant was perfect!.
Friendly staff, especially the receptionist at breakfast (sorry, forgot her name), and excellent breakfast food.

This is the main item of complaint. Why should the city be divided.

Hot (non-airconditioned) corridors, faulty lift (we were stuck for 10 minutes), and the fact that airconditioning is turned off completely when we left our room. Guests like to be welcomed to a cool room after out in the heat all day, and not have to wait 30 minutes for the room to cool down! Also, what happened to the park at the front of the Hotel? A bus terminus is not very attractive (although convenient).
There is no private parking place and the public one in front of the hotel is paid and very often full!.
Not enough coffee and milk in the room,only enough for 1 coffee.
No Butter at Breakfast on some mornings.
I had a room at the front and it was quite noisy.
To have to pay for WiFi. This is anachronistic and needs to be abolished.
