This owner-operated hotel offers apartments with kitchenette very priceworth and only 50m walk from the nice beach. The rooms are clean, quite spacy with very good beds and all have a a big balcony. The bathroom has a shower with glass doors. And this glass doors really close, there is no gap anywhere. Functional kitchenette with kettle, cutlery, dishware, pots... Room has air condition. Acces is a little funny: the reception is located in a passage on the left side and you have access to the r. tous commentaires
Very friendly staff!!! Nonetheless we arrived in the middle of the night (late plane to Paphos, driving a rental car at night to Larnaca), the son of the hotel owner was there to welcome us and show us to our room. This room was clean and convenient with three beds (with clean sheets), (clean) bath room with shower, toilet and sink (and two towels for each guest), and a small kitchen with gas fire, fridge and sink (including dishes and cutlery).
Not the best bed I ever slept in, but convenient .
The hotel is very close to the beach and other attractions.
I strongly recommend this hotel to youngsters and young couples which like to spend time till late,as it's located within 1-2minutes near pubs,clubs,eating places...
PS The owner is very friendly and spent almost two hours of his time to help us with our online airport check-in...many thanks for this !.
The location is very convenient: you can easily get to different sights and shops. If you want to take a coach to another city/ town there's a bus Station nearby. There's a taxi office next door to the hotel, so fetching the taxi is not a problem at all.
Very good value for the money we paid: 30m distance to the beach (all the pubs and restaurants are there), clean, very friendly staff, balcony with some sea view (3rd floor or above), very close to bus station, taxi just in front etc...

Very good personel, kind and helpfull. Clean and comfortable rooms, not
very big. Location is 20 meters to the sea, main larnaka beach, many
entertaiments downstears. Have russian tv chanels.
Position was good.near beach and city. Very helpful staff. Just a bit dark in the room and little in the way of cooking facilities but good value.

I like the location of the hotel which is near. The Manager was a very Gentleman and he provide residents' Needs.
One minor detail: in the kitchen you could see part of the carcass of the building, due to a rather large hole in the ceiling.
Wireless signal not working on the 5th floor.
Well, it's not a matter of dislike, but a matter of inconvenience: if the guest suffers obesity, it might be a problem for him/ her to take a shower as a shower cabin is rather tight. But as far as I know it's possible to face such a problem in any other hotel.
