This is a family business rather than a big hotel and it is very flexible. I made a last minute booking and accessed one of their studios on my own at midnight without having to checkin at the reception (since there is no reception). This is the second time I stayed there and this time I didn't even have to interact at all with any of the staff. T

The location is very convenient.
Very central so we didn't need taxis but distant enough from the nightclubs (10 minutes walk) so we could sleep at night.
The manager is very friendly.
Fully functional kitchen.
Taxi and buss stop, car/bike/bicycles at the door.
Nissi Beach is only 15 minutes walk.

Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.

Great value for money. Simple, but clean. Located just next to the bars street, but very quiet. We did not hear any noise from the neighbours either. We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge. All in all, very decent for budget conscious travellers. -

It was my second time in this place and it was even better then the first stay. First of all I was given the exact room that I asked for via letsbookhotel.com. It was located on the ground floor but NO insects were detected even though territory is surrounded with plants. Cleaning was everyday, towels were changed even more often then I expected.

I was there on the 6th of July stayed for about 10 days.Actually it's quite good location is perfect not very noisy as other people said.Defo recommended for youngsters.staff is very friendly and helpful special thanks to Nick at the reception and Diamando.also can't forget Mr Pavlos such a helpful man.Room was clean.T.v and fridge worked fine.ver

We had a one bedroom apartment for 4 persons. The hotel is new, and it is nicely furnished. It is located on the main road, Nissi Ave, so all the shops, pubs and restaurants are nearby. We were welcomed very nicely, with glasses of orange juice, and the staff was helpfull and smiling all the time. We had a wonderful experience at Margarita Napa!

It is also 5 min with the car from the beach. So it is a perfect hotel for a short stay.
