Really nice staff, always ready to help. The apartment was always clean, towels and bed sheets regularly changed.
Perfect position as it was close to everything.
Air conditioning is also available for just 7 euro a day, which was great!

Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.

Great value for money. Simple, but clean. Located just next to the bars street, but very quiet. We did not hear any noise from the neighbours either. We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge. All in all, very decent for budget conscious travellers. -

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook without any problems. I recommend everybody to choose this hotel!

It was my second time in this place and it was even better then the first stay. First of all I was given the exact room that I asked for via letsbookhotel.com. It was located on the ground floor but NO insects were detected even though territory is surrounded with plants. Cleaning was everyday, towels were changed even more often then I expected.

Everything was fantastic. I was there in the low season so daren't imagine what it may be like in high season but certainly at this time of year it can't be beaten.

We stayed at Cleopatra apts middle of February. The place is excellent, very well organise and very clean. The rooms are clean, nice furnitures and a good variety of satelite channels.The young man who is in charge, his name is Chris, he is an excellent young man and he can provite anything you ask him. - Our family we 2 children 6y.o and 3 y.o stayed at Cleopatra apts last week for 7 days. We have to be honest , we had one of our best holiday ever. Big Apartments, with 2 toilets ,big balconies and everything a family could need. The manager was very helpfull and very polite. We ll visit Cleopatra again
