This was my 21st trip to Ayia Napa and I last stayed at these apartments 9 years ago! You could not stay at a more friendly place. All areas and facilities are always clean and tidy and the bar offers a superb tasty menu. Food and drinks are also reasonably priced with a great selection. The staff are lovely and are always happy to help with anything. Great location to the main square and only around €8 for a taxi to the fabulous Nissi beach. I would highly recommend staying here and will be re. tous commentaires
It was clean and plenty of room. We had 3 of us in one and 4 in another one bedroom apartment. It's a 5 minute walk to The Strip which is perfect. For the money it was great.
We went at the beginning of September, paid €28 for one night. The
furniture was old, but the room was spacious and clean. A/c was an
extra €6 per day. Great value for money.
We liked the cleanless of the apartment and the silence in the night. Very nice hotel for so little money.

Good hotel in a great location, just of the square. The room was ok good size and fitted 4 of us well enough, the best thing was the staff all of them were very friendly and enjoyed a chat from the maid to the bar staff, would book again no question.

Not a walking distance to beach and bar street. So you would need a
car or taxi.
Internet only in the reception. Extra charge for air condition.

The air con in room 303 wasn't very good.
they try to avoid credit cards, accept just cash. don't pick up the phones for a long time, no tv in the room, air - conditioner for 6 eu per day extra.
