The apartments were very roomy and high ceilinged so even when it was very hot the apartment was cool. I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Wi-Fi work

A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

We've got exavtly we expected for our money, the suit was well equiped with everything necessary,clean and silent enough though it has a front sea view and is located near the noisiest strret in Limasol. Air/cond, WiFi, parking were free. And even more - When the owners knew our child's stroller has broken during the flight they gave us their own to use for all period of stay - for free. And very extremely kind and attentive to all our needs andrequests.Definitely recomment as a best price/qua

We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available.
