Great place! we needed a place on the Finikoudes beach, and there it was just across the street :).
We made a 'sea view' special request, we were given a spacious clean room/kitchenette with 2 windows looking on the beach and a nice sparkling bathroom.
We had a discount at the restaurant on the ground floor with the same name. -

I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Wi-Fi work

A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

We were 4 persons in an apartment designed for at least 4: 2 bedrooms, big living room, 3 balconies, aso; so the comfort was excellent for us; however, the apartment needs renovation, as the facilities and furniture seems older; the pool looked OK, but we haven't got any bath in it; the Internet worked OK only at the reception. Advices: get a room with view to Enigma Pub - great view at night ;) Zinon local buses (blue color) to/from airport via Larnaca centre: #424, #419 = 1.5 euro per one way

Me and my partner stayed at the apartments not too long ago, and we would definately recommend the Tsialis Hotel Apartments to anyone. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful. The apartments were very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was just a short walking distance away, and the bus stop was right outside the apartments. Overall an excellent family run establishment and we will definately be returning.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the very nice hospitality of the whole team, mostly by a receptionist ( English language teacher - Natalya ) from Republic of Moldavia who spoke my native language.
We also, were very satisfied and spent a very good time during a day long round trip with Natasha who was a very qualified guide and nice driver.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel - friendly staff, clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds, plenty of room for our child to play, huge balcony for morning/evening sit-arounds and fully equipped kitchen. To top it all off, it's located in a cozy part of Larnaca far from the noise, but close enough to the beach. On a cute square across the street locals gather to play chess, farmer's market is a short walk away. Over 3 wonderful weeks we spent there, Eleonora felt like home.

The best possible location either for business or holiday trip to Larnaca. You can walk to every interesting place within minutes. The best value for money city hotel I have ever been. The room had everything you might being needed, including free WiFi and fast cooking equipement. The people was honestly friendly (thanx Kyri & mr Lakis) providing us with a solution for every request of ours. I could pay a little bit more cause we left really satisfied. We will definetelly come back.

The apartments are in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The staff have tons of local knowledge and are happy to recommend restaurants etc. The rooms are kept clean and the kitchens are small, but functional. The 24 hour mini-mart is really useful to have downstairs too.

I stayed alone in appartment with separated living- and bedroom for one week in September. There is enough space in the room even for two people. Free Wifi in rooms. Nice kitchen, big refritgerator and freezer. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great location: near the beach, city center, restaurants, bus stop, tourist info office etc. I felt comfortable and safe in this hotel.
