  Exceptionally good value for an apartment and within 2 mins of beach (not relevant for us as visited in January!) The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff at the bar downstairs were friendly and welcoming and even offered beers on the house!   I greatly appreciated the warm atmosphere of this hotel, conveniently located in the town centre and the kindness and competence of all the staff.   We stayed at the hotel for just one night during a short trip to the capital of Cyprus. The hotel location is good: a cozy, quiet area, the center of Nicosia is about 20 minutes ' walk away. The hotel can easily be considered 4-star or something like that. Without asking, we were given the executive "Zebra" room which was very nice, clean, large and stylish, zebras everywhere.
