We rented a studio. It was a super cosy studio, with all facilities needed. Very clean. Although we travelled during high season, it was a very quiet place, ideal to get a few days away from the touristic madeness of Paphos centre.
It's also quite close to the Latchi beach (about 2km), so not really necessary to take the car. To the Polis beach it's a bit further (4km). Both beaches are breathtaking and not that crowded with tourists.

Wonderful stay, we cannot fault it. Andreas and his sister, despite having just had a family bereavement, were excellent hosts and were always concerned that everything was ok for us. Lovely, non resort location, beautiful views, pretty gardens and poolside area, appartment well furnished and spotlessly clean. Although you are able to walk to local shops in a few minutes and Polis just a short distance further, we would say that a car enables you to get the most from this beautiful area. We s.
It is wonderfully quiet here, if you like peace this for you. All we can hear on our balcony is the sound of birds, breeze rustling through the trees and the occasional cock crowing. It is set up from Polis town so more breeze, you can walk to Polis and Latchi, we did several times, but I would say it is ideal to have a car if you want to get around. Pool decent size, I bedroomed apt is very generous in size with everything you need. Andreas and his sister Katerina are lovely, Chrystafina gard.
It is very good value for money. There is free internet access everywhere. The staff is friendly, the rooms are basic but very clean. What it lacks in luxury it more than compensates with it's location on a green hill, it's simple village like atmosphere, the beautiful flowers and gardens. You feel that the owners really care about the place and its guests.
Andreas, the manager/owner, was very helpful and didn't mind us checking in late. The pool area was never busy. We stayed in the 3 bed villa which was wonderful, with it's own entrance, parking and balcony/terraces. All in all, a truly special find and we shall hopefully return next year.
Everything. the staff were really helpful and friendly, the pool area are rooms were kept really clean. The location had lovely area around it. If any one was planning on a visit to latchi or polis, here would be ideal place to stay!.
Very good location, only 6 Km from the beach. You can reach by car in 10 minutes any restaurant near by. The restaurants recommended by our host were amazing. Overall we had an excellent vacation.

Even though I had good Wifi signal in my room, I could not connect. However, this may be my laptop's fault.
A little far from the town (I think too far for walking). But we only stayed one night, so there might have been a quicker way to walk into town.
