elaine spoke to us every day cleaned room daily very helpful person goes out her way to help others 4 weeks before we stayed there and hardly seen anyone toilet bin not emtied all week we emptied it ourselfs but elaine done it every day she is an asset to your hotel throw her hospitaliyy we stayed loner than we intendeed. The nice location with a beautiful view, the apartment itself, roomy and well furnished for a five persons family, and last but not least the friendliness of the hotel staff.
