What people say

Great location, great hotel. No complaints! Ideal for any age couples or families. It was a clean hotel and the staff were very friendly. big room. Nothing, on two occassions waited 35 minutes for a cup of coffee ordered in the lounge. No hot water in shower, hot water would shut off after approx. 30 seconds.

all reviews

Hotel reception and service area were good, staff were helpful.Nothing.... Veryvery poor... Not clean.. Lack of staff.... First time wegot so dissapointed. the location. the aircondition in the room was making an annoying noice during the night and we couldn't sleep. There was a smell in the floor...The hotel was too old, the bedrooms were smelling from the aircondition. This is very unhealthful. The receptionist were veryunhelpfull and rude without any smile to their guest. The one of the twoelevators were out of order and the most of the quest were using thestairs. The beds were very uncomfortable. I am very disappointed fromthe hotel and especially from the staff at the reception.Service was poor, communiction with staff was poor, breakfast - a number of times, no coffee, no juice. If i had not paid in advance would of left the hotel after second day.Pool area was extensive but like a zoo. May have been because of the school holiday period but seemed to lack adequate beds and seating in the pool area. Rooms in our section were miles from the lifts, corridors looked dreary and run down the further down corridors. The bedrooms were clean but basic, reflected in the price.Everything were less than just ok. This hotel should not be graded as 4star... Please. Maybe 2.It was old and dirty. It is surely not a 4 stars hotel.
