  The location is right on the seafront with the beach opposite. We had a balcony so we could enjoy the wonderful view. The hotel was very close to the wine festival which was delightful. The restaurant and staff were terrific. - The sea view and proximity to the gardens for the wine festival. The size of the rooms and the facilities provided.
