This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property may host on-site functions and some rooms may be affected by noise. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the unit includes free electricity usage up to 20 kWh per night. Additional usage will be charged at EUR 0. 45 separately. Guests are required to fill and sign a registration form and upload a photo ID/Passport prior to their check-in.
