Everything was perfect, very quite, clean, and warm. Mr Kyriakos and Mrs Evgenia welcomed us with their best wishes for a pleasand stay and even offered us a cup of coffee.also I like the way they contact their customers (telephone/email) instead of knocking on their door which I find sometimes annoying. The room is excellent and comfortable And has a good pressure of water for those who like it. In general we really enjoyed our stay and we will recommend it to others for sure!!!.

Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front. The apartment looked very clean and cosy, with a nice-looking well kept courtyard to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment does not have their own private parking, but there is a public parking area just down the street, as well as a supermarket. This apartment is good value for money and we would definately recommend this place. La struttura è molto accogliente, pulita e curata. Il giardino è una favola. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte del proprietario. Il wi-fi è gratuito e ben funzionante. - The hotel is very confortable, clean and well kept. The garden is a fairy tale. Great welcome and willingness on the part of the owner. The wi-fi was free and worked well. I loved the place, the lovely traditional, rural-style decoration of the room, the attention to the details, the friendly welcoming of the owners, the interior yard where we could relax at night. It is perfect for those who desire peace and quiet in a comfortable, beautiful place. Old traditional house with thick stone walls, clean comfortable beds, central patio with chairs, not too far from the city. luckily had entire unit to ourselves. totally relaxing and only wished we were staying longer. Very friendly owners, traditional house, quiet location. Authentic renovated old house. Absolutely beautiful. the fact that it was extremely clean and very cosy. The only thing missing was the hand soap. Nothing else! Everything else was perfect!. The apartment is a bit far to walk from the centre, but we had a rental car so that was not a problem for us. faultless accommodation and attentive owners.
