Great location, very close to the central beach promenade and bus station to Ayia Napa. The apartments are nice, clean and comfotable. Actually, the rooms look better than in pictures. The staff is also polite, friendly and helpfull. very good location,right in the centre of Larnaca,large bedroom,daily cleaning rooms was very handy as you dont have taste to do it yourself while on holiday,private parking.

Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Great location - away from the busy beachfront but just a short walk away; tourist info & post office nearby. Summarizing a really comfortable apartment with very good location in the centre of town. Staff were great. Simple and very clean. Can't go wrong. Friendly staff, good location, large rooms. Convenience to beach and resteraunts. Central,perfectly adequate Apatments reachable by public bus 440 from airport in normal hours,and at a good price seeing it is the high season. I was in transit so only stayed one night,but have stayed before on a previous occasion. Reading through other reviews I have the impression that it could be hit or miss with this hotel. Staff was nice and polite during check in. The location was quite good - right in the centre, a few minutes walk from the beach and promenade with bars, cafes and restaurants. The bathrooms have old facilities and no ventilation, also the carpets are stained, might be replaced. Some guests were kinda annoying at night while returning from bars,which is not the fault of hotel off course. Bit noisy due to big traffic. Old furniture, noisy in saturday night. Nothing. Unfortunately we didn't enjoy our stay. Our apartment was dark with very dim ceiling lights, carpets and bed linen were stained, bathroom didn't seem very clean either. One of the wardrobes had door broken, bed side table was missing its drawers. We felt it was very overpriced for its standard.
