One of our best stay ever. First, very friendly and helpful staff. They fulfilled every of our needs and provided helpful information during our stay. Second, fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook proper meals and few grocery shops are nearby. Third, good location. Withing walking diatance to the beach, bus stop, shops and restaurants. Fourth, very big apartment with room, living room, kitchen and toilet. And they change towels, clean rubbish and make bed everyday! Fifth, staying her.

The best possible location either for business or holiday trip to Larnaca. You can walk to every interesting place within minutes. The best value for money city hotel I have ever been. The room had everything you might being needed, including free WiFi and fast cooking equipement. The people was honestly friendly (thanx Kyri & mr Lakis) providing us with a solution for every request of ours. I could pay a little bit more cause we left really satisfied. We will definetelly come back. The hotel was the best out of all hotels we stayed in Cyprus in aspects of location x costs x comfort. Location was excellent, less than 10 mins from the beach and just around the corner form the St. Lazarus church. Parking on the side of the hotel. It was also the only hotel which provided free bottled water. Staff is very friendly and helpful, gave us lot of tips on local places to visit. Staff was very friendly. Its the second time coming here and the owner recognized us and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine on the house ( very nice). Room is big and it has everything u need. wifi works good. Very close to the main beach/strip, but a nice distance so as not to be disturbed. Apartment was spacious, and had a fantastic balcony to relax in. Great value for money!. Large and comfy room, balcony, polite and helpful staff, equipped kitchen corner, easy 5 minutes walk from seafront promenade (Larnaka Beach), with cafeterias, pubs, restaurants. Less than 10 minutes drive from the airport (12€ by taxi). Really friendly staff! Even helped me take care of my suitcase when I passed Larnaca a week later. Will probably come back... Excellent location in a quite place, easy access to both the beach and the places of interest, well equiped kitchen. the room on two floors was spacious, and the staff nice and helpful, it's just a 5 minutes walk behind the seafront. The staff is extremely friendly. The studio more than spacious. Everything described in the site is what you find. The shower room is a bit small but the water pressure is so strong. We had good showers anyway. No major issues. Maybe just more equipment in the kitchen would be nice (toaster, cutting board, cheese grater). This second time we stayed in a room that was more noisy because of cars. It got a bit noisy (narrow streets "echo") in the mornings. A bit rundown neighbourhood, but actually OK. There is nothing to complain about.
