  Very good place for families as well as for couples who want to relax and spend some time at the pool or on the beach which is only 5 min from the resort. Amazing view from the hotel.   The Neptune is currently undergoing an upgrade to the apartments, Bella who was on duty when we arrived upgraded us to one of the newly refurbished rooms without any prompting which was a lovely gesture at no extra expense. We have stayed here once before and the changes to the new rooms is really well thought out and to a very good standard.   The children who are 15 and 7 loved the water slides, lazy river, and swimming pools. This hotel is especially, good for families, with food and drinks always available. The food was well cooked and very varied. Management were happy to help at anytime and to tend to any problems.
