ΑΡΚΕΤΗ ΦΑΣΑΡΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΝΩΡΙΣ ΤΟ ΠΡΩΙ ΛΟΓΩ ΤΗΣ ΚΕΝΤΡΙΚΗΣ ΤΟΥ ΤΟΠΟΘΕΣΙΑΣ. staff had poor English, some bedding was stained and bed where hard. As it's in the middle of the center, next to Luna Park, so you have music really loud until very late - you cannot rest. The staff, special the girl in the reception its really rude and is a very suspicious person - in the end they went to the apartment to count every single stuff, and came back saying that was missing a glass tumbler and saying that we have to pay it (a glass that we didn't break or steal, probably that never existed). Its very unprofessional. I returned from club at 3 o' clock in the night and the night shift was extremely rude to me because I knocked on the wrong door. Next day I talked to the manager about it. She didn't even apologize and from what I understood they were relatives. i had so bad management along with this it was dirty i don't recommend it to others. The management didn’t treat us well they was only fighting with us & they interred our rooms & closed the AC without a permission from us & the rooms were dirty , I don’t recommend any one to stay. Everything even airconditioning was extra. I didn't like the stuff. The recepionist was very impolite and was speaking in his local language.
