I was there on the 6th of July stayed for about 10 days.Actually it's quite good location is perfect not very noisy as other people said.Defo recommended for youngsters.staff is very friendly and helpful special thanks to Nick at the reception and Diamando.also can't forget Mr Pavlos such a helpful man.Room was clean.T.v and fridge worked fine.very close to the strip and you're just next to the restaurants/bars and the famous Tsokkos pool,everything really.overall good experience.

We had a one bedroom apartment for 4 persons. The hotel is new, and it is nicely furnished. It is located on the main road, Nissi Ave, so all the shops, pubs and restaurants are nearby. We were welcomed very nicely, with glasses of orange juice, and the staff was helpfull and smiling all the time. We had a wonderful experience at Margarita Napa!. Right downtown at a great price. We were fortunate to be the first guests ever to use the room, and we were very happy to with the staff and the facilities. The location in downtown Agia Napa is great for young people who want to be close to the action. The design was nice, modern furniture, comfortable bed and flat screen tv - unlike in the majority of cheap hotels in Napa. The room was very spacious. The reception girl was very friendly and spoke nice English. All in all, great value for money. I was returning to very neat and clean room every evening. Spacious apartments with a modern touch. Newly refurbished, great location in the centre but its not noisy, walkable distance to all things, or a taxi for 8-10. Right downtown at a great price. We were fortunate to be the first guests ever to use the room. Clean rooms. Staff was great , they gave us a more expensive room at no extra cost after we complained thats its too noisy. I liked a very friendly and helpful staff. The apts was very new and fresh and very modern. It is a hotel for young groups of friends who like to party and socialize. I wouldn't recommend it to families with children. This place would be best for young people who don't mind: - walking up and down the stairs to the appartments - walking 10-15 minutes to the beach. Extremely noisy. Firstly, from the Nissi avenue - the windows look at it. Secondly, from the neighbors - our room had a door into the adjacent room, we could hear everything. Wi-fi only at reception for now (plans are under way for extending it to rooms) , AC extra charge but definitely worth having it. Kitchen needs a bit more kitchenware if one really wants to cook. For me it was annoying the sound from the street at night. This place would be best for young people who don't mind: - walking up and down the stairs to the appartments - walking 10-15 minutes to the beach. There is no 24 hours service. too much noise coming from the karaoke bar across the street we had one day without hot water found 2 bugs in the kitchen.
