  The apartments are basic but spacious and clean. Unbelievable value for money. It even had a really nice and clean pool area. The staff were great and helped out when needed. Shower area to freshen up before late flight home. It's a short walk to kalmies beach which is a cracking beach. Overall excellent and enjoyable stay.   Absolutely nice hotel for family staying. Very friendly personal speaking lots of languages and ready to solve any problem. Good kitchen and bar. Ideal room cleaning. Rooms are fine and comfortable. Sport animation and cute night shows are right at their place.   We had a studio room which was huge! Such a bargain - location was amazing. Fig tree bay is the most beautiful water I have ever swum in. The area has been overrun with British and doesn't have a Greek vibe which was disappointing, but the beauty makes up for it. Really enjoyed our holiday. The staff at Alva were absolutely lovely too. Room was clean - we paid for the studio and so we knew the rooms weren't going to be as flash as the apartments but were pleasantly surprised b - The place is nice and rather clean (cleaned every day). Our room was spacious with a lovely sea-view (4th floor). Many shops and restaurant around with a great diversity. however we didn't spend too much time in hotel, it was our starting point for visiting east ans south coast of Cyprus. It is definitely worth to visit all lovely beached aroung not only in Protaras (rather crowded).

  The hotel offers excellent standard for this price. If you do not expect fancy design and modern interior/outerior you will get what you need. The beach is 2min walk down the street, we had a necessary equipment in the kitchen, a lot of space in the apartment and a nice balcony.
