  The Neptune is currently undergoing an upgrade to the apartments, Bella who was on duty when we arrived upgraded us to one of the newly refurbished rooms without any prompting which was a lovely gesture at no extra expense. We have stayed here once before and the changes to the new rooms is really well thought out and to a very good standard.
