Perfect location: close to the beach and citycenter but quite in the night. Large supermarket next door. In the room was everything I needed, even LED TV. Good breakfasts. Very helpful manager and other staff.
Room was cleaned not so good. Rooms are nice but need some renovation. Also my room was small - good for 1 person, but maybe tiny for 2.

The staff are very nice , friendly and helpful . The location is excellent just next to the nightlife area. This is an excellent budget hotel and for this price dont expect anything more. The rooms are clean. Recommended ! lovely staff indeed

The hotel staff where excellent, very friendly and helpfull almost every minute of your stay, the location was excellent as well, very near to the city centre, the beach and many restaurants and shops near. Nice swimming pool was in the hotel.
Location was excellent, 5 min to go to Aya Napa city center there best clubs, pubs, bars, restaurants are located.
Room was very small and don't look so fresh as in pictures. Walls was dirty, shower was broken. Extra 10 EUR per air condition per night. Still if you want just to spent there for few hours in the night, this hotel is ok. Do not take breakfast, because there are several dishes to choose.

almost everything. the guy on reception wasn't very pleasant. the toilet didn't flush, it was reported but not fixed the tap dripped. I think just because I am a young lad on my own because my mates were at a different hotel. They put me in the worst room they possibly and wouldn't move me to a better one.
