We liked everything about this place! The exceptionally high standard of
service, the beautiful and spacious apartments, fitted with the latest
and best tvs, fridges, cooker, etc; the polite and extremely helpful
staff, the lovely pool and spa facilities and, very much appreciated,
the private walkway to the beach. We will definitely choose to stay at
the Olympic Residences when we return to Cyprus.

time enjoying the hotel facilities but I loved walking from the hotel
beach for a few kms....it is a good hotel, good breakfast, free wi fi in
the reception area. I always managed to park in the hotel car park and
that is another plus.

Attentive service, excellent facilities, spacious room, good location - about 20 minutes walk to the sea so better if driving, great breakfast, amazing spa/salt water pool/sauna/steam room, bar and restaurant, everything was just brilliant. Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

Staff at the reception were very polite and willing to assist us for any requests.
Very nice room, with comfortable mattress and very spacious bathroom. Also the hotel was very quiet, no excessive noise from other bedrooms or corridors.
We also used the facilities of hotel which were considered very satisfactory.

My wife and I stayed there on the occasion of my wife’s birthday. When the hotel discovered this they left a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room, a very nice touch. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the facilities were fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding and we will definitely be staying there again.

We've got exavtly we expected for our money, the suit was well equiped with everything necessary,clean and silent enough though it has a front sea view and is located near the noisiest strret in Limasol. Air/cond, WiFi, parking were free. And even more - When the owners knew our child's stroller has broken during the flight they gave us their own to use for all period of stay - for free. And very extremely kind and attentive to all our needs andrequests.Definitely recomment as a best price/qua
