Located at bar street it is all you can ask for when visiting Ayia Napa for its night life.
It is also 5 min with the car from the beach. So it is a perfect hotel for a short stay.
The room has all you need (except soap), balcony, a/c at EUR 8 / night.
The staff is very friendly.
That was our 2nd time in this hotel and next time we will book again there.
I liked how the owner treats her guests she's very friendly and professional and she helps you in everything's she's the best, and she's the reason if I will book again there , and the location is great the clubs are 2 seconds from ur apartment wich is great. todos opiniões »

The room was very narrow and also the bathroom.
There was nobody at reception, when we came. There was no soap in the room, air condition is paid separately, it's especially inconvenient, when there is nobody to pay to. Room has no suitable ventilation, and very noisy with window open.
You can't live one night, it's very bad apartments.
Everything was filthy dirty and the fridge in particular was full of hair! We paid extra €8 per night for air con that was co stanly leaking and wet the bed so we had to move the furniture. The kettle and the 2 ring hob unusable because of dirt and its a burglars paradise with the side door open all the time. Basically all a person has to do is book a double or a treble apartment and then bring their friends in to sleep cos no one would know.
