  A small paradise close to Pissouri and Pissouri beach, the best beach we have seen by far. Very relaxed atmosphere with good restaurants but yet not overdeveloped. Apartments are very spacious and clean. The owners are very kind and hospitable. The swimming pool (largest in the area) is excellent and maintained daily. We originally planned to stay for three days - Location: ideal for those who are looking for some peace and quiet; in walking distance to the nice sandy and pebble beach of Pissouri Bay, where you can have a swim the whole year round; spacious, fully equipped apartment with big terrace (bring some dishrag and tea towel, if you plan to do your own cooking). Thanks a lot to Mr Evans and his son for their helpfulness.

Absolutely luxurious is the price! - We spent nice time in Kotzias appartements in June 2013. It is a good combination of price and facilities for the rest. It is not luxurious place but you will have all you need for your vacations. The perfect location at about 100 meters from the beach. The owner can provide you with the opportunity to rent a car and call taxi.

  Location was great. Not far from Pissouri bay where there are lots of good restaurants and walking distance from Pissouri village in the hills which also had great restaurants. We loved both.
