Located in Finikoudes, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping places. Hotel itself has a modern touch to it, friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable and quite hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable hotel with superb breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom (with shower) was outstanding. The hotel is in an Ideal location and was excellent value for money - we will definitely stay at this hotel on our visit to Larnaca in 2014. Staff were extremely friendly - an asset to management!

I had some problems with my bank that declined the pre-authorisation of the payment for the accommodation.
Despite the fact that it was the middle of the season and only a couple of days prior to our trip they were very kind and understanding to give me time to sort it out. Other places would have just given the room away to anybody else. (And it's a popular place, very close to the sea so I'm sure that there was quite a high demand for a room like ours)

I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Wi-Fi work

A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

The room I got was chamber, minimalistic and very clean with everything a man needs for a short vacation. Comfortable bed with sheets for both high and low temperature, bathroom sanitised every day, well equipped kitchen, TV, air-co, kind and helpful service. I'm definitely comming back!

Value for money, the place was really great! Unlike an annoying hotel, here you get an actual apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and everything.
The view was PERFECT !!!

1. Very friendly staff. Family run hotel. Special thanks to Natalie for her support and willingness to help.
2. Appts equipped with everything you can wish, washing machine, kettle, fridge, cleaning set, iron, even detergent for washing clothes. Even if they don't have smth, you always can ask, and Natalie will assist you;

The apartments are in an amazing location - you can be out the door and on the beach in 30 seconds or watch the sun rise over the sea from the balcony before setting off for other resorts from the nearby bus stop.
The staff were amazing - only ever a text message away from whatever we needed, including popping a bus timetable under the door and letting us leave our luggage in the apartment while they cleaned on the final day.
