  A relaxing atmosphere. Staff attentive without being intrusive. Spa area was absolutley beautiful. The infinity pool is breath taking and my friend who was staying with me is going to arrange her daughters wedding here.   I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Hotel even kept my luggage in storage for two days I was away in the middle of my stay - and they were waiting fo - A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again. The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

  We had a deluxe room with a sea view.The sea view was on tip toes as we were given a ground floor room overlooking the extraction for the indoor pool. Our friends had a superior room with sea view which was superb.Considering the hotel was only half full I think an upgrade could have been offered or a delux room on a higher floor.staff were great,... wat mensen zeggen » food was good room was clean but the view was poor - Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late at night due to a delayed flight and were made most welcome. Food was provided even though the restaurants were already closed. Staff recognised us and stopped to chat. Hotel is very close to the beach and loungers are allocated in a suitable area for the duration of the holiday so no early morning scramble is required !

  Everything was just perfect. The apartment was spacious - living room with the kitchen + bedroom. Plus a big balcony. The view, all around a beautiful bay, was breath taking, just amazing! The combination of the sea view, especially the sunset, and the palm trees surrounding the garden of the pool area was unbelievable! They have a beautiful garden, giving the place su - Everything was good and we will miss it so much, specially Mario who was very friendly and funny...the breakfast was very good and for the money we paid it was worth it and more. We booked a bigger room cause the normal ones where all booked, everything was working good. We had a nice terasse with the sea at our feat and we felt like kings..To put it easier this place gives you very good value for the money you pay.   I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. Location of the hotel is close to very nice Makronissos

Reception is very helpful and a great shop for gifts, souvenirs, sweets etc. We didn't experience the restaurant food but did get room service food and it was great. The saving was considerable.

  It was my fourth visit in this hotel. Since a last time the hotel has come big redecoration so everything is new. I like everything here - the behaviour of staff, front desk, tasty half board and cozy room (with TV and Czech channel CT24 I may not forget...).   We was in the sea view superior suite, it was fantastic, ideal for family with 2 children. The staff were always polite and helpful. Outdoor and indoor pool is very clean and there are very good spa facilities. - The hotel was extremely comfortable and in an excellent location. Although we had to check out by midday there was a room to store our luggage and we were able to use all the hotel facilities until they took us (free of charge) to the airport at 18:45. Located on the main King of the Tombs Avenue in a quiet position but the harbour was only a short bus ride away. T
