  Had a very lovely stay in the studio in Nicosia suites. Nicely designed and spacious accomodation with cooking area and attention to details. Big supermarket just 50 metres away and a lot of parking spaces nearby. They have a small and rivate gym downstairs. Well located and easy to find in Nicosia. - There was a supermarket nearby.   Excellent location for the business sector of Nicosia. Nicely laid out with outside seating area although not much of interest to look at whilst sitting.   Good value. Responsive staff. Front desk open 24 hours every day. Large room. Comfortable furniture & bed. Warm enough in winter (even snowed briefly one day). Convenient to have kitchenette. Close walking to 2 good supermarkets. Close walking to U. Cyprus where I had activities. Overall quite satisfied. - excellent staff. although it was not supposed to be clean everyday, I simply asked at the reception and the room was cleaned. I also kindly asked for a 7 hours extension f my stay (the flight was at 9pm!) and it was granted for free. Very good WiFi, high-speed elevators , nice view from the room to the university (new building). The rooms (studios) offer a perfect environment for work. Definitely I will stay again during my next visits.

  The large sitting area was lovely and bright. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of cupboard space and we were very pleased to have the air conditioning as it was very hot. I would recommend renting a car unless you are happy to use busses to travel around the city. A parking space is provided. Everything is there, and owner helps if needed. When returning to Nicosia, I would certainly book this again.

  This apartment was a 3 min. walk to the walled part of the city. It was quiet, comfortable and beautiful. We tried the jacuzzi, but it just wouldn't warm up enough to use - we were there only one night so although it was disappointing, we didn't feel it ruined anything. we had to get keys from the office beside - they were very accommodating and... wat mensen zeggen » let us leave our car there once we had signed out. Thank you - It was exeptional. Very clean, beautifull design. Really liked the big jacuzzi. Very convinient location next to the city center. Lots of nice restaurants around. It is highly recomended.
