Personally I was very satisfied with the hotel personnel which was very helpful and accommodating, always smiling, and ready to go beyond their duties to assist.   This was a business trip for me which sometimes is very hard being a women on her own, I was made to feel very welcome encouraged to come down to the bar for a drink pre dinner.   We stayed in this hotel twice on our short visit to Cyprus. The night of our arrival and the night before our early flight out from Ercan. While this hotel was simple and in a somewhat rural area the staff were by far the friendliest and most helpful of any I have experienced throughout Europe. The staff was very kind and helpful by providing us with the useful information about the sightseeing. Really good value for the money. Thank you very much for makeing our visit to Nicosia so enjoyable!

  The hotel rooms were fantastic and the staff really friendly and helpful. They made our stay at the hotel so special. I was celebrating my birthday and they recognised this by playing and singing happy birthday at breakfast and presented me with a huge cake.   The convenience of the hotel.. The breakfast was first class. Swimming pool was in the same catagory but a bit of oil on one of the doors would have given the super luxry status as did they squeak.
