Great place! we needed a place on the Finikoudes beach, and there it was just across the street :).
We made a 'sea view' special request, we were given a spacious clean room/kitchenette with 2 windows looking on the beach and a nice sparkling bathroom.
We had a discount at the restaurant on the ground floor with the same name. -

Exceptionally clean and comfortable hotel with superb breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom (with shower) was outstanding. The hotel is in an Ideal location and was excellent value for money - we will definitely stay at this hotel on our visit to Larnaca in 2014. Staff were extremely friendly - an asset to management!

I had some problems with my bank that declined the pre-authorisation of the payment for the accommodation.
Despite the fact that it was the middle of the season and only a couple of days prior to our trip they were very kind and understanding to give me time to sort it out. Other places would have just given the room away to anybody else. (And it's a popular place, very close to the sea so I'm sure that there was quite a high demand for a room like ours)

I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

Staff were really friendly & helpful (family business). Breakfast was served individually(not buffet). Pool was very nice, location is perfect(2 min to beach) & more you'll find a bus stop just near the hotel that will take u wherever u want, and if your destination is far it will take u to the main bus stop. We were 4 persons in an apartment designed for at least 4: 2 bedrooms, big living room, 3 balconies, aso; so the comfort was excellent for us; however, the apartment needs renovation, as the facilities and furniture seems older; the pool looked OK, but we haven't got any bath in it; the Internet worked OK only at the reception.
