  The service was very good,especially at a very hot time of year + alsoat peak season.the pool bar staff were excellent,wanting to serve ourevery wish - I was in gym,at the swimming pool,at SPA.Walking along the beach.

  The Neptune is currently undergoing an upgrade to the apartments, Bella who was on duty when we arrived upgraded us to one of the newly refurbished rooms without any prompting which was a lovely gesture at no extra expense. We have stayed here once before and the changes to the new rooms is really well thought out and to a very good standard.   The children who are 15 and 7 loved the water slides, lazy river, and swimming pools. This hotel is especially, good for families, with food and drinks always available. The food was well cooked and very varied. Management were happy to help at anytime and to tend to any problems.
