I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Wi-Fi work

A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

Everything was good and we will miss it so much, specially Mario who was very friendly and funny...the breakfast was very good and for the money we paid it was worth it and more. We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. The place in general was fair enough. We were intitally worried with reading some bad reviews. We expected nothing. So what we got sounded good to us. The music and the bar attached were good. Also 2 restaurants in the neighborhood are worth a visit, Korfu and Mandra Tavern. -

We would definitely recommend this hotel. This is a high standard, really attractive, well located place to stay; we loved it. Don't be put off by the term "studio" - ours was a great size with big bathroom, lounge with 2 sofas, 2 flatscreen TVs, kitchenette and big double bedroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everywhere is clean and the pool is lovely with fantastic views (although may be packed out during peak season). It's on a bus route with easy, quick & cheap access to Paphos Harb
