Staff was very helpful and accomodating & responded quickly to a concern. Were given free breakfast to compensate. Location makes it easy to walk to the places we wanted to explore.
everything ! I had a small but very cosy room on the 3rd and last floor with a big balcony, a private bathroom. The bed was good, the room was clean, the breakfast was good, the hotel is so cute, in laiki gitoneia. Moreover they have hairdryers and free internet acces and a computer in the corridor ! great !!! go there !!!
you hear the muezzin calling for praying at 5h30 in the morning...

Ir was a nice room with a small bathroom and a nice balcony. The building is in a traditional pedestrian street with a Lebanese atmosphere.
They could clean better. Also, not good breakfast service. Had to go across the street. Poor tv channels but who wants to watch tv anyways....
Very clean, low budget hotel, friendly and helpful staff, situated in the centre of the town. I was on my own but the room had a comfortable double bed and even had a large balcony, although this was not kept well.
My room was top floor, but the French doors onto the balcony did not shut properly or have any lock. The balcony had not been cleaned for some time and the outside table and chairs were old and dirty.
Staff cooks hot breakfast for you. Very central location within walking distance of the most frequented city attractions.
No elevator. Machine to accept credit card payment was "not working."

It is located in the old city close to shops and traditional restaurants, but if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to carry several hundred meters as taxi cannot drop you at the door.
The room had dark, old looking furniture and cleanliness is the weakest point.

The location was good. Spacious balcony. Good as a central base to go from. Close to bus and taxi services. Internet access.
No cleaning rota - cleaning was only done on request (and never in the shower cubicle by the look of it). Very little space to move in the room. Not enough room to turn round in the "bathroom". Grow a beard or go electric - because there is no way you are having a shave in there!
