Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

Great value for money. Simple, but clean. Located just next to the bars street, but very quiet. We did not hear any noise from the neighbours either. We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge. All in all, very decent for budget conscious travellers. -

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook without any problems. I recommend everybody to choose this hotel!

The villa was lovely and had everything we needed. The private pools were wonderful, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great with a beach nearby and a fantastic beach only a five minute drive away. The owners were amazing and they gave so many helpful suggestions of nearby places to visit, supermarkets, and restaurants to try.

The staff at the apartments couldn't do enough for us, they are so friendly and really made our Cypriot experience! The hotel is a short walk from a bus stop where you can go either 5 minutes to the coral Bay Area or 10 minutes into paphos harbour both cost €1.50each way. So getting around is both easy and affordable. The appartments are clean both in the rooms and public areas and have a really lovely atmosphere mainly set by Bridget and Stephanos who are so helpful, the hotel has a good size

I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

We've got exavtly we expected for our money, the suit was well equiped with everything necessary,clean and silent enough though it has a front sea view and is located near the noisiest strret in Limasol. Air/cond, WiFi, parking were free. And even more - When the owners knew our child's stroller has broken during the flight they gave us their own to use for all period of stay - for free. And very extremely kind and attentive to all our needs andrequests.Definitely recomment as a best price/qua
