I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Wi-Fi work

A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

We liked everything about this place! The exceptionally high standard of
service, the beautiful and spacious apartments, fitted with the latest
and best tvs, fridges, cooker, etc; the polite and extremely helpful
staff, the lovely pool and spa facilities and, very much appreciated,
the private walkway to the beach. We will definitely choose to stay at
the Olympic Residences when we return to Cyprus.

Everything was good and we will miss it so much, specially Mario who was very friendly and funny...the breakfast was very good and for the money we paid it was worth it and more. We booked a bigger room cause the normal ones where all booked, everything was working good. We had a nice terasse with the sea at our feat and we felt like kings..To put it easier this place gives you very good value for the money you pay. We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. excellent staff. although it was not supposed to be clean everyday, I simply asked at the reception and the room was cleaned. I also kindly asked for a 7 hours extension f my stay (the flight was at 9pm!) and it was granted for free. Very good WiFi, high-speed elevators , nice view from the room to the university (new building). The rooms (studios) offer a perfect environment for work. Definitely I will stay again during my next visits.
