  Excellent location for the business sector of Nicosia. Nicely laid out with outside seating area although not much of interest to look at whilst sitting. Not bothered by traffic noise unlike many Nicosian hotels. Above average quality of breakfast and the staff are very friendly - Every thing. I was so so surprised how good hotel it was. They have a small and rivate gym downstairs. Well located and easy to find in Nicosia. - There was a supermarket nearby. It had open view and was quiet. It was close to the centre of the city. I really liked the fact that the studio was cleaned every day.
