We liked everything about this place! The exceptionally high standard of
service, the beautiful and spacious apartments, fitted with the latest
and best tvs, fridges, cooker, etc; the polite and extremely helpful
staff, the lovely pool and spa facilities and, very much appreciated,
the private walkway to the beach. We will definitely choose to stay at
the Olympic Residences when we return to Cyprus.

Exceptionally good value for an apartment and within 2 mins of beach
(not relevant for us as visited in January!) The apartment was clean and
spacious. The staff at the bar downstairs were friendly and welcoming
and even offered beers on the house! Overall, an excellent budget choice
that - despite minor gripes - I'd be happy to use again. -

The hotel manager Panicos was extremely helpful before we even arrived, sorting out transfers from the airport and during our stay. We were a large group of 30 but that was no issue to the hotel team who served us when needed. Above all, the helpfulness of the staff, and particularly the manager. I hadn't expected much contact, as the accommodation is self-catering apartments, but there was always someone available to help and advise - even when I arrived at 1:00am after a delayed flight. The apartments are basic, but scrupulously clean, bright, airy and very spacious.

This hotel is suitable for those who don't want to be tied to the regime of work of the dining room. There are all opportunities for self-cooking. Nothing good underground free toilet, you can change clothes and take a shower with fresh water. Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

We've got exavtly we expected for our money, the suit was well equiped with everything necessary,clean and silent enough though it has a front sea view and is located near the noisiest strret in Limasol. Air/cond, WiFi, parking were free. And even more - When the owners knew our child's stroller has broken during the flight they gave us their own to use for all period of stay - for free. And very extremely kind and attentive to all our needs andrequests.Definitely recomment as a best price/qua

Very friendly staff. Great, clean, and big rooms, two air conditioners, hi-speed free Wi-Fi internet, good location - near by there are a lot of shops and restaurants. Rooms are well equipped, everything is brand new and works perfectly. Ideal place if you travel by yourself and love freedom - Cyprus has many great restaurants with various cuisine so it would just be boring to eat in your hotel every day.
