The staff was very friendly. As far as I understood, the place is run by a family, so most staff belonged to the family. I guess, that causes a different level of care for everything in opposite to hired staff that is doing their job and that's it. Everybody at La Casa was very nice and helpful.

I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. This was my 21st trip to Ayia Napa and I last stayed at these apartments 9 years ago! You could not stay at a more friendly place. All areas and facilities are always clean and tidy and the bar offers a superb tasty menu. Food and drinks are also reasonably priced with a great selection. It was clean and plenty of room. We had 3 of us in one and 4 in another one bedroom apartment. It's a 5 minute walk to The Strip which is perfect. For the money it was great.
