Good location... Away from the busy road but can easily walk anywhere in Ayia Napa
Taxis are cheap €2 each to waterpark or the strip
Aren't too many people by the pool at the day, and there are hotel entertainers that do water gym and volleyball in the pool in the day

Large and great swimmingpools. The hotel and appartments are brand new and modern. We were two couples with small children and the appartment was perfect with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The place in general was fair enough. We were intitally worried with reading some bad reviews. We expected nothing. So what we got sounded good to us. The music and the bar attached were good. Also 2 restaurants in the neighborhood are worth a visit, Korfu and Mandra Tavern. -

Great room especially for that price! The pool was right outside our balcony and the beach was not far either! You could walk to the bus in a couple of minutes and it brings You right into paphos harbor or the coral bay! There was also a 24h supermarket which was really great since we arrived late. Overall really satisfied! -
