Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

The staff at the apartments couldn't do enough for us, they are so friendly and really made our Cypriot experience! The hotel is a short walk from a bus stop where you can go either 5 minutes to the coral Bay Area or 10 minutes into paphos harbour both cost €1.50each way. So getting around is both easy and affordable. The appartments are clean both in the rooms and public areas and have a really lovely atmosphere mainly set by Bridget and Stephanos who are so helpful, the hotel has a good size

Our four-day stay at the hotel left us with the dearest memories. Highly efficient and friendly staff. A fantastic location. I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

the apartment was spendid...on the top floor(second) with a great veranda and stunning view over the bay...so romantic/quiet and relaxing......the girl who worked there from the Far east was such a good worker and was always cheerful.It was only 5 minutes at most down the sea and although you are on the outskits of Polis it takes 15-20 minute walk and there were a host of great eating houses

Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο με θαυμάσια θέα, ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολυ ζεστο για της κρύες νύχτες του χειμώνα. Το τζάκι ήταν τέλειο και μας έδωσαν ξύλα χορις να χρειαστή να τα αγοράσουμε. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξηπηρετικό και ότι χρειαστήκαμε μας εξηπηρέτισαν αμέσως γιατί έχουμε πολύ μικρά παιδάκια. Πραγματικά θα ξαναπάμε γιατί περάσαμε τέλεια.

Perfect position as it was close to everything.
Air conditioning is also available for just 7 euro a day, which was great!
