The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble, everywhere is lovely and clean.

The hotel is not in Protaras its about 4km out, so when asking for directions it got a bit tricky

It is very nice place to stay. You don't need car to enjoy the see, it's too close. And animation team made a good job!

Wi-Fi connection was no good and was disconnecting all the time.

The prices at the pool bar are extremely high. €9.50 for Halloumi in pitta bread. Hello???? Its halloumi (chease) not caviar.

Perfect low-scale resort for families. Both us and our four year old had a great time, child care and programs suited her just fine. Food was great, especially the ancient greek food night. We would definitely return.

The bay close to the hotel is not the best, you have much nicer ones very close by car at Protaras or further South in Knossos. The bed is not super comfortable.

Quiet place of Cyrpus which is good for families with little children. Spacious rooms. Everything you may need you can find in the hotel's territory. Good animation and restaurant staff, good food. Sandy beach, good for swimming.

Crowded beach: too many people at the limited place, no other alternatives in a walking distance. As a possible solution, the beaches in Protaras are reachable by bus/rented car/taxi.

I have found the staff very helpful. The place of activities were very clean, the beach water was also clean and enjoyable to swim in it, as well. All-in-all, the weather was great, and the environment was a very safe to enjoy my stay.

Great hotel, situated in a beautiful hotel next to a wonderful bay with crytal-clear water. Very family-friendly, attentive service, great food, lot of possibilities to relax and last but not least, very clean! I'd definitely would go back again.

They have invest money for making the apartments and the garden better than the last time that we have visited the Malama holiday village

The prices of the bar was higher than expected to be. I believe that lower prices will be more logic for items like water etc

Breakfast was very good and a wide selection. Pool and surrounding garden areas kept exceptionally clean.

Our suite smelt very damp and musty.

Too expensive.You should get a better rate when booking last minute room.Rates should not be higher than 80.00 euro for this property.They do not look after the local market instead foreigners are getting much better rates and half or full board.
