Great location,very close to the Femikudes beach,multiple restaurants,shopping aereas. Very friendly staff!!! Nonetheless we arrived in the middle of the night (late plane to Paphos, driving a rental car at night to Larnaca), the son of the hotel owner was there to welcome us and show us to our room. This room was clean and convenient with three beds (with clean sheets), (clean) bath room with shower, toilet and sink (and two towels for each guest), and a small kitchen with gas fire, fridge and sink (including dishes and cutlery).
Not the best bed I ever slept in, but convenient

Great location – 2 minutes’ walk to the best beach and the best nightlife in Larnaca and at the same time you are tucked away in a quiet area. Briefly, you are in a relaxing and calm environment within few steps to the beach and the heart of touristic area. There is a bus service at the end of the street if you need it.

Everyone here are friendly and very helpful. My hat is off to the Manager, Paris, as one of the nicest people I've ever met running a hotel, very laid back, pleasant. Always made sure that whatever I needed he'd arrange to have it taken care of :-) THe best thing I can say about this Hotel/Apts is that I will continue to come back, again and again.
