  The staff were very helpful and made us welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were of good size and towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. even the cleaner was polite and friendly. I would have no hesitation booking the palms again. really enjoyed our stay. - The staff were fantastic. It was more like a family rather than busines... what people say » s.   probably the most comfortable beds we have slept in at any hotel rooms cleaned every day except sunday balcony had good views over mountains basic but very good - You get to the beach simply by crossing the road. Friendly and helpfull staff.
