Location was perfect! Not on top of pubs and restaurants from the promenade, but very very close to them. Apartment was spacious, wellcoming, with everything you need (TV, hairdryer, ironing facilities, washing machine, kitchen ware...) We had a nice balcony with side sea view. Very friendly staff!!! Nonetheless we arrived in the middle of the night (late plane to Paphos, driving a rental car at night to Larnaca), the son of the hotel owner was there to welcome us and show us to our room. This room was clean and convenient with three beds (with clean sheets), (clean) bath room with shower, toilet and sink (and two towels for each guest), and a small kitchen with gas fire, fridge and sink (including dishes and cutlery).
Not the best bed I ever slept in, but convenient

As far as I understand this hotel is a recently-reopened family hotel. It has his own soul. And many of the details of your stay are taken into account - like in a family.

Everyone here are friendly and very helpful. My hat is off to the Manager, Paris, as one of the nicest people I've ever met running a hotel, very laid back, pleasant. Always made sure that whatever I needed he'd arrange to have it taken care of :-) THe best thing I can say about this Hotel/Apts is that I will continue to come back, again and again.
