The lobby was grand, the room was spacious and the decks leading toward the beach were fantastic. I hope to return another day.

The leisure room hot tub was not very hot. Maybe another one in area was but didn't know where located!

A little bit noisy from building site during day and loud music from night club across the road, however no fault of hotel

Very relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. Staff were efficient, polite and exceptionally helpful. The room was comfortable, somewhere you could get away from everything.

The indoor pool and jacuzzie were too cold to enjoy and this was one reason we chose this particular hotel.

Very nice hotel, having excellent facilities. The chain of swimming pools was impressive; also the size, comfort and cleanliness of the room is over expectations. The staff was very kind and made us feel very well. They respected all their promises - e.g. charging 53 E/night instead of 60 E even if there were some problems with our reservation.

They shouldn't use the same menu for breakfast. The hotel is a little far away from the city centre (7-8 km), but with a car there shouldn't be any problems

Air conditioned directly on the bed, visual not so good (in front ofSandy Beach Hotel). However nice hotel!!

Reception staff very freindly. Clean room. Modern facilities.

Evening dining at Lordos was very poor. 2 star food. 1 star service. No prices on menu. Do not eat there. Not near airport, 25 euro taxi from airport.

Price and access to facilities.

Not really a Booking.com issue but the hotel's gala dinner was not suitable for children or non meat eaters, the timing and dinner schedule was badly communicated to us, and the staff were reticent to provide and alternative to the main menu. I had to refuse to pay the full bill on this basis which did spoil the overall enjoyment of the evening.

Extremely nice and helpful staff, who were very good at english.

The carpet in the room didn't feel to clean. Found one loose false nail for example. The location was a bit outside of Larnaca - and one guest had written it was close to the airport - while I thought rather the opposite.

It was the off peak season so there was a lot of construction noisesinside and outside the hotel :-(

room tidy although cramped with 3rd bed but as it was free of charge very good value, facilities good, pools good, the staff were attentive

drinks and food were extremely expensive is the only minus point, sun loungers always taken by 7am and guests would not use them till 10 or 11am sometimes later, which seems to be the case in all hotels, although the last hotel we stayed at in Lanzarote staff would remove towels from sun longers early in the mornings if the guests did not use immediately. another english tv channel would be useful

facilities, breakfast was excellent, beach was quite nice

cleaning start at 8 am... breakfast ended sharply 10 am, these days are building activities next to the hotel - noisy

Not a bad location, but not great

It is an old Hotel but fairly well kept
