Mr Kyriakos and Mrs Evgenia welcomed us with their best wishes for a pleasand stay and even offered us a cup of coffee.also I like the way they contact their customers (telephone/email) instead of knocking on their door which I find sometimes annoying. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge.   Great price/quality. We were a family of 4 people staying for 3 nights in Protaras. The 1 bedroom apartment had fully equipped kitchen with all required appliances, and some basic things like salt, pepper, dishwashing power. Pretty spacious, had also nice veranda and enough parking place for the car. Location is good for the price offered. The owner - Overall the apartment exceeded our expectations. A lovely recently decorated place tucked away off the main street (so no pub/club noise all night). It was easy to find and is only a 5 min walk from all the amenities and the beach. If staying in Protaras again we would definitely book here again!!

The owners were amazing and they gave so many helpful suggestions of nearby places to visit, supermarkets, and restaurants to try.
