  I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Hotel even kept my luggage in storage for two days I was away in the middle of my stay - and they were waiting fo - A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again. The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

  Everything was just perfect. The apartment was spacious - living room with the kitchen + bedroom. Plus a big balcony. The view, all around a beautiful bay, was breath taking, just amazing!   I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay.   We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of May and we loved it because it was very quiet there at that time, so every time we went to the outdoor swimming pool, we had it entirely for ourselves. However there were taxis around and it's really only about 10-15mis drive so not bad at all.

  We stayed in this hotel twice on our short visit to Cyprus. The night of our arrival and the night before our early flight out from Ercan. While this hotel was simple and in a somewhat rural area the staff were by far the friendliest and most helpful of any I have experienced throughout Europe.
