The refurbished suites are excellent value for money. There are stylish and are kept very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a few meters from the a lovely stretch of beach

Nice location,very helpfull staff. You should try scuba dive with Scuba Tech Dive Protaras.

The place is nice and rather clean (cleaned every day). Our room was spacious with a lovely sea-view (4th floor). Many shops and restaurant around with a great diversity. however we didn't spend too much time in hotel, it was our starting point for visiting east ans south coast of Cyprus. It is definitely worth to visit all lovely beached aroung not only in Protaras (rather crowded).

Sometimes it was a little bit loud but we expected it in Protaras. Generally all was good.

+receptionists were all kind and helpful always! +easy access to the fig tree bay (3-5min walking) as well as the main strip ロケーションはとても良いと思いました。ビーチにもレストランやスーパーにも近いです。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで色々助けてくれます。

+needed to pay for wifi access (€10/120min, €15/48hrs, €30/7days and so on...)but the signal could only be stable in the robby area... so you won't be able to use it in your room

+ friendly personal; + good location; + excellent kitchen inside the room; + really clean rooms; + a beautiful view of the sea and street from a balcony (from third floor and higher)

- not good breakfast (but you may refuse it and not pay) - there are a few ants in the room regularly, but it is not annoying

The suite we had was amazingly well-designed and comfy. The shower pressure was good and the kitchen was equipped with enough utensils. The hotel is really close to the beach (3 min walk) and local pubs and restaurants.

The room wasnt provided with shampoo, soap, dish washing liquid and sponge. The staff told us that we have to buy our own sponge and washing liquid if we want to wash the dishes provided in the cupboard of the kitchen!!! Internet was extremely expensive (10 Euros for 1 hour!!!) We should pay for a really low quality breakfast...

Booked a self catering suite and it was lovely. Everything we needed and very comfortable. If we returned we would stay in the same again. Staff were all charming.

One tiny thing the mirror in bathroom was at basin level so difficult to see in especially for my husband with shaving.

We had a studio room which was huge! Such a bargain - location was amazing. Fig tree bay is the most beautiful water I have ever swum in. The area has been overrun with British and doesn't have a Greek vibe which was disappointing, but the beauty makes up for it. Really enjoyed our holiday. The staff at Alva were absolutely lovely too. Great pool. Room was clean - we paid for the studio and so we knew the rooms weren't going to be as flash as the apartments but were pleasantly surprised because it was perfectly comfortable. Would definitely go back!

Great price, perfect location - it couldnt be more central. It is right in the heart of the Protaras tourist centre.

Great location right near the main street of restaurants and bars and from fig tree bay..one of the most amzing beaches. Room we stayed in was clean and newly renovated. It was great.

The apartments are very well located - right opposite Fig Tree Bay. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool clean. Room clean and quite spacious. We had one bed apartment but not the updated ones.Sleeps four fairly comfortably. Good hairdryer! Air con in bedroom - fan only in living/other sleeping area. Cleaned every day.

We got what we paid for and my only warning would be noise level till around half one/ two o clock in the morning as the room faced the bar area of Protaras. Not great if you have little children who want to sleep! However some rooms face different direction so noise levels might not be the same.

Warm welcome, clean and well equipped apartment. Close to beach and nice restaurants and lovely sandy beach.

Great location, good value for money, clean rooms and nice pool and pool bar. Rooms were also really spacious We really enjoyed our stay!

Pool table was 2 Euros per game. So we didn't play any games. If it was 1 Euro, we would have played!

Our only complaint is that the music by the pool was unrelaxing. The loud, dance music did not complement the pleasant surroundings. In the end we used another hotel's pool, which was a shame.

Loation is great. Staff was helpful.

Really close to the beach although not right opposite like I expected. The swimming pool was not very big.

The location was excellent. The beach was just five minutes away on foot. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the sea.

We stayed for three nights. The bath towels were not changed at all during our stay which we found not to be very hygienic.

Refurbished rooms/suites were very charming and comfartable. Nice decoration and layout of the suites. Convenient A/C and bath facilities. On the main commercial road, very close to the sea, restaurants, cafe, supermarkets etc. Ample parking space.

Staff could be slightly more polite. Old rooms/studios were poor compared to the new ones, though at a lower price.
